DELIVERY/RETURNS & SHIPPING
Most products are manufactured to order, especially when your logo is to be added. Delivery is generally approximately 2 to 7 days after confirmation of the order. Urgent next day requirements can be achieved.. ask? Delivery charges for postage, shipping apply @ cost.
All prices are subject to vat.
Returns::: We need to be notified as soon as possible for any `damage in transit'. You must sign for `AS DAMAGED' All our products are covered by a full 1 year warranty. Due to the fragile nature of `clocks' we have to adopt an `open minded' policy. Most faults can only be repaired on site, at our cost if Sportclox fault & at the customers cost should the problem not be Sportclox fault. We will send new parts for you to replace f.o.c. on receipt of the faulty part, again only if its Sportclox responsibility.
Damage In Transit.
All consignments must be signed for `AS DAMAGED ' if the packaging is damaged. Failure to do this will severely limit our rights with the shipper to claim for compensation. We will ask you to also send photo evidence of outer packaging & the product.
You may wish to take the shippers insurance policy out for your products journey. This has severe limitations.
Sportclox has a `open mind' policy regarding ` damage in transit ' but you MUST sign for `AS DAMAGED'
In legal terms Sportclox only arrange shipping on the purchasers behalf , we are NOT responsable for the shipping & take no responsibility for the shippers actions.
Sportclox Ltd takes no responsibility for shipping especially when products are shipped on a 3rd parties behalf. When you choose to ask Sportclox Ltd to arrange your shipping you do so on the understanding that any damage caused in transit is NOT Sportclox responsibility. However we will try & resolve shipping issues.
All our products are hand made to order. Clock products are fragile & do occasionally get unforseen damage in transit, for which we have an `open mind' policy. Should unforseen damage accure.
Sportclox Ltd will arange replacement product. We will not offer any refund only replacement all at our cost.
Please be aware that all International Carriers have limitations on most claims for damage. You may wish to pay extra for Insurance?
All our products are Guaranteed for 2 years from date of purchase.

All of our Clock products come with easily removable motors. This
will need to be removed & sent back to Sportclox for evaluation &
We will always travel & repair / service etc. We will NOT be responsible
for removing products from heights greater than 4m regardless of circumstance.
Removing products from heights greater than 4m is strictly the customers
responsibility with Sportclox bearing no cost. Mounting products above this
height is done so due to your particular circumstance.
Note for outside UK customers We operate a
`open mind’ policy & will refund your shipping cost should the fault
It is extremely unlikely that a Clock as a complete product shall
need to be returned.
All our products carry the CE certification for Electrical safety.
Sportclox manufacture all products to order. If the customer has ordered incorrectly all shipping costs & a 10% manufacturing charge shall apply. Should a customer not require the product after receipt all shipping costs & 25% manufacturing charge shall apply.
